Method:
- Mix
ingredients 1,2&3 together for 2 minutes on medium speed
- Sift
4&5 together and mix until clear for 1 minute on slow
speed
- Remove
paste from the bowl onto a lightly dusted table
- Roll
into a sausage type shape with a diameter of 35cm
- Place
in a refrigerator for 2hrs to firm
- After
refrigeration period, cut 1cm thick and place onto a slightly
greased baking pan
- Should
you want to colour the paste, apply a little chocolate paste
